Review 31/365 Challenge 3.14.25 I love coming to this Hmart. It's clean Has an AWOOLIM Kimbap factory with all sorts of Kimbap, Korean street food such as Tteokpokki, Shikye slush, kimchi friend rice & spam and many many more hot food ready to go and packaged. Full of kimchi available, fresh live fish & seafood Along w produce, dry ramens & yummy marinated Kalbi/bulgogi packaged nicely. It's one of the best Korean markets besides having Zion & Hanam Chain on the other 4 plazas across the intersection. It's located in Valley Circle. Same plaza as Baekjong Korean bbq & Sup Noodles. Service here is usually great and usually fully stocked of all the things you're needing for your Korean eats/Finds. Lots of parking available.
I've been coming to this H Mart for years! Fun tip, after 7pm, a lot of their hot deli prepared meals turn into a BOGO deal. I usually come here for shabu shabu staples, banchans, and instant ramens. I love the great variety and selection of their products. Everything is shelved nicely and products are easy to find. My favorite items are their homemade banchans, especially the mashed potatoes, cucumbers, and fish cakes. They also sell kitchen products at this store, so if you need a split pot for shabu shabu or a stone clay pot for tofu soup, they got it! The checkout lines go by pretty quick here. I don't generally come and expect great service, but they get the job done. Parking isn't an issue because there's a lot of spaces on one side of the market. Usually this store is pretty packed and honestly, it's for good reason!
I absolutely love H Mart in Buena Park, CA! My friend had visited before but didn't buy anything because she couldn't figure out what anything was--crazy, right? When she went with me, we spent nearly an hour exploring every aisle. The store offers an amazing selection of gorgeous fruits and vegetables, plus a great variety of ready-made and frozen Asian foods. The ramen aisle alone is spectacular! The environment is spotless, and the Asian food products are reasonably priced. I particularly enjoy their prepared foods, and the seafood selection is incredible, with fresh sushi-grade fish. The staff is also really friendly. Definitely a great spot for anyone craving tasty and unique items!
My first visit to H Mart. Produce/Snacks: Amazing selection of gorgeous fruits and vegetables. I bought . . . - delicious Sugar Bee apples - sumo oranges - sprightly baby bok choy - Persian cucumbers - tofu - snack pack of dried seaweed - sesame seed crackers Everything has been delicious. Customer Service: I questioned a lovely employee about the food court and she went out of her way to explain the no food court/premade-lunches-to-go. So appreciated her friendly helpfulness. Chatted briefly with produce employee. And found the cashier to be quick & efficient. Store is reasonably organized for the humongous amount of on-hand inventory. Clean shopping carts. I'll be back next week for more produce.
My favorite grocery store with the freshest food! Also amazing marinated meat that are easy to cook and tastes amazing! Consistently good quality food!
I do love this store, they have all the delicious foods and snacks. I love getting kimchi, rice cakes, all the other delicious foods they have here. The produce is always good and they have these tiny little shopping carts for kids which my daughter is a little tall for but she still loves using it. They have the best Korean stuff you need to make amazing dishes, they have already made banchan which I love too I always get the spicy squid, Radish kimchi, and fish. This store is almost always busy and so is the parking lot. I have been coming here for years, such an awesome store. I see a lot of my Yelp friends come here too :) amazing store love it if you haven't been and want some delicious Korean food come here. What I was looking for were those popsicles shaped like fruit, they only had the lemon flavor, but there is also a mango and peach one.
